Privacy notice
This notice explains what JDP Heating does with your details when you use this website. JDP Heating is the data controller.
What we collect
If you fill in our form, we get:
- your name
- your phone number
- your postcode
- the type of job you need
- any message you add
If you message us on WhatsApp, we get what you send us there. WhatsApp is run by Meta and its own privacy policy applies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange the job you asked about. We do this because you asked us to (taking steps before a possible contract with you). We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
- Resend sends your form to us by email.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Falcon Systems runs this website and our adverts for us. They get a copy of each enquiry so they can check the form works.
- Google Ads helps us see which of our adverts work. This only happens if you click Accept on the cookie message.
- Google Maps shows the map of the area we cover. When the map loads, Google receives your device's internet address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy applies.
Cookies
We only set advertising cookies if you click Accept. If you click Reject, or do nothing, Google Ads cookies are not used. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. If you become a customer, we may need to keep job records for longer, for example for tax or Gas Safe rules.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details. You can also ask us to stop using them. To do this, email us.
If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
